right now my mom and my sister are in the middle of a big legal battle over her kids... lets go back some time ago...

it all started when a girlfriend of my brothers named Jacky wanted to report my sister and her husband for abuse on this puppy they were watching. Then my sister agrees with him when he bands my brother from seeing the kids for not joining their side in the argument and for choosing to be neutral.

My mother refuse to chooses sides either... so they say the same thing to her. eventually Jacky leaves my brother... but still. My mother files for visitation rights for the kids... and for about a year now there has been this big court thing going on... but we live here in Oswego... half the people here are related to Ricky... so they find a way to stall it. (At least that's what I think.

Now my sister has 6 kids... the two youngest being twins and about a year old... well about a month ago they had to go to the hospital becuse they were started on solid food too early... the twins got taken away from my sister and her husband... and now Social services want to give the twins (and eventually all) the kids to my mom... We supposed to get the twins sometime within 30 days. but they can't stay here... we want to send them down to my sister's father in Maryland where they will be taken care off.

So basically at this point... my sister is going to lose her kids... which some say is a good thing becuse she has been acting a little crazy... so my mom wants her to get some counseling and help. But it doesn't help when her husband is a member of the Oswego Mafia (Not a real mafia mind you... just part of a group of Drug dealers/users who somehow or another get away with everything in this town).

Anyway... it took about 2 years to get to this point... I kinda don't really care at this point... not that I don't want the kids to be happy... I'm just sick of hearing it.

Oh and to make matters even more annoying... THAT JACKY GIRL IS NOW THIER BEST FIREND! AHHH!
